• All items carry a Warranty by either the manufacturer or by the seller
• While under Warranty, faulty or defective items may be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase or for replacement of the same item if past 45 days but still within the stated warranty period.
• Items that are not faulty or defective, but otherwise unwanted, may also be returned for a refund. In this case, the cost to ship the item back will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• Any item returned as faulty due to customer damage, misuse, or neglect will not be accepted.
• If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to a faulty address, the item will be restocked and a full refund issued to the buyer.
• All returns must be in the original box, include the original packaging, and include all items and accessories that came with the order.
• Returned items which are shipped by the buyer that are lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. It is then the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We recommend insuring all high value shipments as this is the only way to avoid monetary loss due to damage or carrier loss.
• In the case of any return, Neewer Direct must be notified before sending the item back.
