All items carry a Warranty by either the manufacturer or by the seller

While under Warranty, faulty or defective items may be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase or for replacement of the same item if past 45 days but still within the stated warranty period.

Items that are not faulty or defective, but otherwise unwanted, may also be returned for a refund. In this case, the cost to ship the item back will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Any item returned as faulty due to customer damage, misuse, or neglect will not be accepted.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to a faulty address, the item will be restocked and a full refund issued to the buyer.

All returns must be in the original box, include the original packaging, and include all items and accessories that came with the order.

Returned items which are shipped by the buyer that are lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. It is then the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We recommend insuring all high value shipments as this is the only way to avoid monetary loss due to damage or carrier loss.

In the case of any return, Neewer Direct must be notified before sending the item back.

Receipt and Warranty information, when warranty is provided by the seller, is not sent, but kept on file. If you would like a copy, please contact Neewer Direct and a PDF version will be emailed.
